Yes you can give your entrance exams answers in Hindi. Weather in some subjects questions of entrance are given in both language still you can give your answers in your comfortable language after reading and understanding the concept of question. Don't write useless things in JNU entrance. Be straight forward, right exact points and try to write your own view with novel thinking with facts and examples. Make correlation of your answers with social terms also.
