Hi,

You can take UES(University Entry Scheme) permanent commission entry scheme.
Common Defence Service(CDS) exam which is conducted by UPSC requires graduates for entry. There are also Direct selection process through SSC officers entry in the logistic, IMA, OTA etc

yes off coarse you are eligible to join Indian Army.You have a very good percentage in graduation.

To join Indian Army you will have to sit for the CDS exam conducted by the UPSC.

The minimum eligibility criteria for the Indain Army is just pass in the graduation in any field.

So study well and crack the exam.For more details you can log in to the official website of the UPSC that is www.upsc.gov.in.

there are lots in the field of it after bba in army
the various emerging fields of management and it takes a lot of proffesional in this fields.
you can go by their ssb call for young graduates.

The one of the process to get into Army is CDS.

Second thing is the form which come for graduates or for degree holders fill that form and then you will get call for GD and PI.

Yes, of course you can join indian army after completing BBA.

You have to sit in different entrance exam for joining Indian army like:

Common Defence Service (CDS) exam - The UPSC holds an all-India competitive examination, known as the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDSE), twice a year for University graduates or equivalent.

Successful candidates can join Indian Military Academy for their pre- commission training after the interview conducted by the Service Selection Board and if finally selected, depending on their merit list ranking, are sent to Indian Military Academy.

Candidate should be in the age of 19-24.

The course commences each year in the month of January and July. Interested candidates can apply in response to advertisement in March /April & Oct. Nov.

Mode of Entries for Graduates

UES (it has both permanent & SSC scheme): university entry scheme,is meant for all male and female candidates those who have attend there first university degree,that is (Bachelor degree). Notification for it are released In Employment news. Both Short service and permanent service is offered through this scheme.


CDS: Combined Defence Service Examination (CDSE) is conducted by upsc (http://www.upsc.gov.in) twice every year for entry into all three defence services.
Eligibility criteria is different for all three. For ARMY- graduation in any background,with at least 60% aggregate Age Limit- 25 years.For Navy: B.sc(with Physics and Mathematics) or B.tech/B.E Age Limit- 22 years.For Airforce- B.E./B.Tech,graduate in any decipline with Physics or Mathematics at class 12 Age Limit- 23 years.

BA/MA (LLB) corporate law/general law etc. are recruited by Defence services mainly IAF/Army (sometimes) in there Logistic Cadre/Ground duty (for IAF) and Accounts Branch (For Army) etc..

Eligibilty Criteria: They must be BA/MA (LLB) corporate law/general law etc. with at least 50% aggreagate including all semesters of B.com/M.com,must be medically fit in all respect.

Age Limit: 26 years for BA (LLB) etc. where as 28 years for MA (LLB)before commenment of training.

Selection: selection is based on both written and interview and at last Medical fitness test.

Notification: are released twice every year probably in the month of march and September in Employment News.So keep iot reading.

Yes you are eligible to write CDS examination but since you have done your graduation in non-technical subjects therefore you can only eligible for
1. I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy-Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
2. For Air Force Academy : Degree of Recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level)

But you are not eligible for naval academy since they want physics and mathematics as one of the subjects in graduation.

The possible ways are that you have to write the entrance exams for joining in Indian Army and the options are NDA,CDS.

Both the exams are conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).For writing these exams you must satisfy the below criteria's:

NDA(National Defence Academy):

It gives options for becoming a part of Indian Army,Navy,Air force.

Indian Army:

-> Candidate must have a citizenship in India.

-> Candidate must strictly be a unmarried male candidate.

-> Candidate must have a age limit of 16 1/2-19 years.

-> Candidate must have passed +2 from a recognized board with good percentage.

Yes, you can apply for Indian Army after completion of your BBA course..

For that you have to appear in CDS exam...

Which is conducted by UPSC twice in every year..
After qualifying the exam they will call you for the SSB.. Which is a 5 days interview..
Where you have to go through the technical , HR interview, GD session, Physical fitness test,Medical test...
After clearing the SSB you can join in Indian Army..

Eligibility for CDSE:-

For Indian Military Academy:-
The candidate must have complete the graduation from a recognized university.
Age:- 19-24 years..

For Navy:-
The candidate must have complete the bachelor degree in engineering field..
Age:-19-22 years.

For Air force:-
The candidate must have complete the bachelor degree in any trade, but must have physics ans maths in 12th..
Age:-19-23years..

sir, i secured 72% marks in honours paper of graduation.In ncc special entry scheme i mentioned percentage of honours paper but in application form candidate has to mention aggregate marks, but even my aggregate marks is more than cap of 50% mentioned in application form.My aggregate marks in graduation is 65%.Sir ,can i expect call letter for SSB interview despite of mentioning HONS paper marks

After passing graduation you can apply for Indian Army..

For this you have to qualify the C.D.S exam Exam..


C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.
Candidate who pass the graduation in stream is eligible for this exam.

Age of the candidate should be in between 19-24 year.

This exam is conducted in three stage:-
> Written exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

Yes, your eligible to apply for Army Wing After Completing BBA Course . If your Interested to apply for Indian Army Academy than you may apply for CDS Examination which is Conducted by Union Public Service Commission .

To Join in Indian Army after Completing BBA COUR than you need to appear in CDS Combined Defence Service Examination which is Organized by Union Public Service Commission ..
