You should use a passport size photograph in which your Name and
date of the day on which the photograph has been shot.

The name and date should be indicated on the lower part of photograph.
The text size should be such that it is very well visible and should not cover any
part of face.

A model picture is displayed below.
The name 'RAJ BALA' indicates candidates' name and the date '15-10-2099' indicates
the date on which photograph was shot.

size photo using which people will be able to identify you. So as the case with
regard to AIEEE form.To indicate that the photograph is the recently taken one
it should have the date on its lower end

thats good that you have applied for aieee exam
you have to paste a paasport size photo of yours
most in black and white
but should not be older than 1 year
paste it with gum donot staple the photo graph

Dear Friend,
In the AIEEE confirmation page you have to paste a Black and White passport size Photograph.The photograph should contain the date at which the Photo has been taken and the name of the applicant.

Dear pal,
AIEEE is conducted for admitting aspirant to then engineering branches. The photo that is to be attached to the application is referred to as passport size photo.
Other documents that need to be attached with the application are
1. Marksheet of the 10th standard which is attested by the head of the institution.
2. Community certificate for sc and st aspirants.
3. Certificate for the physically challenged aspirants.
While filling the application make sure that you enter the correct details. Avoid over writing. Put your signature where ever necessary. Make photocopy of your filled application.verify whether your photo is attested.

Only black and white colour Photo should be pasted in Confirmation Page and should also make signature,press left hand thumb,write Residential Address in confirmation page.

And keep this confirmation Page in Envelope and sent to
The Joint Secretary AIEEE units
Central Board of Secondary Education
PS 1-2
IP Extension
Institutional Area
Patparganj
Delhi-110092.

If you paid amount through DD,then keep that DD also with Confirmation page to post.
Don't forget to write your Registration Number,Name,Residential Address on back side of DD.

This letter should reach the AIEEE unit before 5th Jan 2012.
And letter should be send only through speed post/Registration post.

Application Forms for AIEEE

The photograph which should be stuck on your AIEEE application form has to be a normal passport size photograph clearly indicating your name and the date on which it has been taken..

NOTE :- Polaroid photographs are not allowed..

Make sure that one of the photographs on your forms is half signed on the photograph and half on the application form by the person who is attesting your form (it may be your school principal or a gazetted officer)

I have attached the Information Brochure of AIEEE 2012 along with this post..

Just go through it and you will have all your queries solved..

The last date for submission of the AIEEE forms is 31st December,2012

The AIEEE offline exam shall be conducted on 29th April,2012 and the online exam shall be conducted from 7th May,2012 to 26th May,2012..

Hi Anumica,

You need to paste your black and white passport size photograph containing your name and the date on which the photo is taken , should be pasted in application form.

I fill my confirmation page..now i want to send..i hv write anythng on the back side of confirmation page or not

I have applied for aieee 2012 online for offline mode ....but the photo which i have attested is coloured and without date and name on it......i have send the application form for processing to the given address.
will the form get rejected????

The photo is a 3cm x 4cm b/w photograph with the name of the student and the date of taking the picture is clearly mentioned in the lower region.

A.I.E.E.E is stand for All India Engineering Entrance Exam.

A.I.E.E.E is conducted by C.B.S.E once in a year.

For this exam you have to paste the Passport size black and white white photograph.

On the photo you have to write your and the date of taking photograph.

The photograph should be attested by your school principal where you pass 12th class. Or by Gazetted Officer
