Find them into the attachments.
Try to solve the question papers on your own completely and then see the keys.
You should also refer some of the sample papers to test your preparation status.
If you get it good then you have good chances.

Previous years question papers are obtainable online in different websites. There are books available in different stores for GATE, which students can purchase. This will contain previous years question papers along with its answer keys. Also there are periodicals like magazines and news lets which students can purchase like competition success review which will help students to improve on GK

any ways coming to question is

you should mainly have an interest and zeal to get a good rank in GATE

feel it as last chance and dedicatedly work hard

make all your syllabus in to small parts and do preparation accordingly

and don't waste any time

keep all the attraction like tv,cellphone,internet,chatting girl/boy friends aside till the exam

Discrete Mathematics: Sets, Relations, Functions, Groups, Lattice, Boolean algebra, Induction, Recurrence relations -- Combinatorics: Permutations, Combinations, Counting, Summation --

Elementary graph theory: Basic properties, Connectivity, Covering and matching, Planarity -- Elementary concepts of Linear and Matrix Algebra -- Numerical methods: Classical algorithms for interpolation and root finding.

COMPUTER HARDWARE
Digital Logic: Logic functions, Minimization, Design and synthesis of Combinational and Sequential circuits -- Number representation and Computer Arithmetic (fixed and floating point) --

Computer Organization: Machine instructions and addressing modes, ALU and Data-path, hardwired and micro-programmed control, Memory interface, I/O interface (Interrupt and DMA mode), Serial communication interface, Instruction pipelining, Cache, main and secondary storage.
