I am completed my inter i want to do c.s in distance. for foundation programee if any entrance is required and what is the last date of payment to entrance exam and when the entrance exam will conduct. what is the fee structure for foundation course in distance.when the fresh intake start.plz send clear information to my mail id.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India do not conduct any entrance test for admission to the company secretary course.
Since you have qualified your +2 level of examination and want to enroll for the foundation program, you must apply before 31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year and 30th September to appear in the exam conducted next year in the month of June.
The course fee for the foundation program is Rs.3600.
The foundation program will be followed by executive program, professional program and practical trainings.

For Foundation Programme:

31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year
30th September for June Examination next year

For Executive Programme:

28th February for December Exams in the same year
31st August for June Exam next year

Form Cost:

Prospectus for Foundation Programme :

• Rs. 200/- by cash payment while
• Rs. 250/- by Post or courier

Prospectus for the Executive Programme :

• Rs. 300/- by cash payment while
• Rs.350/- by Post or courier

FEES:

• Foundation Programme is - Rs. 3600/-
• Executive Programme is - Rs. 7000/- for Commerce Graduates Rs. 7750/- for Non Commerce Students
