The last date to register for the Company Secretary course in order to appear for term end examination to be conducted in the month of December 2012 were as follows:

• Foundation Program: 31-03-2012
• Executive Program: 29-02-2012

If you are an undergraduate, you have got to enroll for the Foundation Course whereas, if you have completed your bachelors degree program from a recognized university, you may enroll for Executive Program of Company Secretary Course.
Since the last date to register for the December 2012 Term End examination has expired for both Foundation as well as Executive Program and if you register now, you will be able to appear for the June 2013 Term End examination.
