as i know the last date of receipt of AIPMT form was 7 January 2011.
so i think you miss that.

the date of submission of online application form for AIPMT without late fine is 15.11.2010(10:00AM) to 31.12.2010(05:00PM)

the date of submission of online application form for AIPMT with late fine is 10.01.2011(10:00AM) to 17.01.2011(05:00PM). the late fine is Rs.500/-

Last date of submission of AIPMT 2011 Application Form : Both AIPMT 2011 offline Application and AIPMT 2011 online (Computer generated printout) Application should be sent through registered post/speed post only so as to reach to the Board on or before 07-01-2011.

The last date of receipt of AIPMT form was 7 th Jan 2011. If you have not submitted the form then wait apply in next year and up to that time prepare well to clear the exam.

Rs.450/- for SC / ST category
