respected sir/mam i want the complete procedure of taking admission in computer engineering direct second year for open category. what is the cutoff?

Cn i get admission in coep?? I have 79.59% in diploma in electrical... And my caste is s.c

College of Engineering , Pune is established in 1854 .
It is the third oldest engineering college in Asia , after the college of engineering , Guidy & IIT Roorkee .
