Can I get admission in COEP, Pune if scored 36 marks in JEE Main and expecting 75% in 12th Board exam being NT student?

i have got 36 in jee main. and expected
to get 75% in 12th maharashtra board.
i have in categary NT.Can i get coep pune?
otherwise which one of the best clg can i get?

I have 45 marks in jee-mains and have 74.6% in 12thcbse board and I am a national swimmer so which good college can I get in Pune and Indore ?
