Sir, I have passed my diploma in mechanical stream. Now I wants to peruse distance BE/B.tech in mechanical stream. So please tell me abaut proper step.

I am already done B.E distance education in ANdhara University. All practical Exams are also completed. Theory and Project only not appear. Now i want to change another University because due my job I was now another state. If there is any chance please give information to me.
