I have completed Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication. Now I am worried for my next carrier. So please you give me a list of good courses which is most preferable for a good job.

The best short term course for students of Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering are:

-VLSI(Very Large Scale Integration).
-Embedded Systems.
-PLC.
-Networking.
-Circuit Designing.
-Fibre optic technology.

You must try to do these courses from better Training institutes such as NIIT,APTECH etc.It will be very advantageous for you regarding job placements.

Also There are many short term courses available for you.The best short term course for E.C.E. students are:

-Networking(C.C.N.A.).

-Micro controller.

There are so many courses after completion of Diploma in ETCE.
You can go for the Networking courses like -CCNP,CCIE,CCNA.
Or courses and training on telecom like- 2G,3G,BTS,RF etc....

But the best course you can go is BE or B.tech through the Lateral Entrance Exam.If you can score a good rank (within 15) ,you will surely get the government universities .That will be the best for you .

Now you should try to give the lateral examination in various engineering colleges so that you can study the full time B.Tech degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering.
This will give you more opportunities to look for better jobs and do more justice to your abilities.
Since you are a diploma holder therefore you will directly get admission in the second year.

In my opinion you have to join B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication.

is it better doing b.tech after diploma or we should try for a job.

You should definitely continue studying after the diploma course. This way you will be able to apply for the better paid jobs with much scope of promotion. What you need to do is Bachelor of Technology course.

B.Tech is the best option for the diploma holders. Luckily you have complete diploma in Electronics and Communications which is one of the best branches of Engineering. You should do the B.Tech course in same branch.

Having a B.Tech Electronics and Communications under your belt would mean that you can apply for jobs in various government and private sectors. The Public Sector Undertaking will be great option for government jobs. Almost all the PSUs hire Electronics and Communication Engineers.

Indian Engineering Service entrance exam is another good government sector job option. In private sector you can primary apply for jobs in Information Technology, Telecom and Consumer Electronics related companies.

Diploma holders can take admission into the second year of B.Tech. For that you will have to apply for admission through lateral entry scheme. This scheme can get you admission in second year.

For which you will appear for the Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET). It is conducted for lateral entry admission and to appear you must have 60 percent marks in the diploma course.

The other option is to apply for the full 4 years course but only consider it if you specifically want admission in either National Institutes of Technology or the Indian Institutes of Technology.

Since these institutes do not offer lateral entry admission you will have to apply for full 4 years course by appearing for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) which is conducted now in place of AIEEE and IIT-JEE.

If you have good percentage in diploma then you can even apply directly in some colleges. You will also come across some colleges that conduct their own entrance exam.
