do we have any government college in chennai to study about Bsc microbiology and what is the fee structure including hostel how much % they expect for girls

I have passed H.S science in 1998 and passed diploma in chemical engineering in 2004 .Now I want to study BS degree in Life Science / Micro Biology / Bio Chemistry . Plz. provide me the information of colleges/ university where I shal study in regular mode . If it is not possible for me ( due to 1998 H.S passing out ) plz. give me information how i shall be able to study .
