I SHOWKAT AHMAD MIR From kashmir Kupwara want to know that is M COM. Degree valid for kashmiri students who pesure their post graduation degree from LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY. Is it valid for we people. Please help and answer me of this question.
