Is madyama visharada certificate applicable to join in LLB in Andhra Pradesh?

Sir, I have completed madyama visharad in Allahabad University. Now I got 3689 rank in APLAWCET-2017. In counselling, they are not recognising my certificate. Is this madyama visharada is equal to the degree. They are asking evidence. And also this Allahabad university is not in the eligible university colleges list. I want to join LLB. Is this university recognised by Andhra Pradesh law universities? Give me the evidence. Have any court order suggested this course in Allahabad university? Please answer me.
