i am doing Mba (hr) from eiilm university by distance mode through one sitting exam.is it valid for govt or pvt jobs?

I am vinita, I want to do MBA in (hr) from eiilm university through distance learning, i want to know that M. B.A (HR) is valid for private BPO's jobs in Delhi.Please reply my question.
