Re: Which MBA specialization has more scope and opportunities between IT and HRM?
Both the specializations that you mentioned are two popular specializations in MBA course and having good career scope and job opportunities for the candidates.
-MBA in Human Resource Management -MBA in Information technology If you want to get into software job, then you can opt for MBA in IT. But one thing I want to tell you is that most of the companies will prefer B.Tech/MCA candidates for most of the software jobs. MBA in HRM will provide peaceful jobs but the thing is that there are less jobs for HR candidates and initially the salaries are low. You might need to work with Consultancies first and then you can get jobs in MNCs. You can get onsite opportunity in software jobs but very rare in HR jobs. I suggest you to decide upon the specialization as per your interest by referring my points and then get admission in top college. |
