And what is the best scope of Job in HR or Marketing ? Please advise

i completed bca degree and i am confusing about choosing mba specialization so please guide me

i am a student of BSC Life sciences and next in pg i have taken MBA what should i take my specalization?please suggest. ?

Both the streams HR and Marketing have very good scope.

You should introspect yourself before choosing the one.

- If you like aadministrative work.
- You like to solve peoples' queries.
- You are a good listener, good thinker.
- You like to manage things.
- You like sitting jobs.

THEN YOU SHOULD GO FOR HR., while ---

- If you like to interact with people.
- You are very friendly
- You are a good communicator, a good talker.
- You have good convincing skills.
- You like travelling.

THEN GO FOR MARKETING.

See, for a job, you should be smart worker, not only hard worker.

SO choose accordingly.

And HR Field Have The Better Successful Jobs In Career Life But I Think That Takes The More Times.

Hi i am working as a technical author in a Technical Publication with a MNC. I am having more than 4 years of experience.
I have done my aeronautical engineering an currently pursuing MBA as a distance course.

It depends on your temperament. both have scope if done from reputed colleges like IIM/XLRI/ SP JAIN/FMS/ IMT GHAZIABAD/SYMBIOSIS PUNE
