MET exam is organised by UIAMS in the month of march.

This year's MET dates were 28th March, 2010.

The forms may be collected from mid-feb for next year.

Without late fee: 03.07.2010

With late fee of Rs. 1000/-: 09.07.2010

With late fee of Rs. 2000/-: 15.07.2010

Prospectus will be available w.e.f. 13.06.2010 either by hand/post or can be downloaded from website ... http://www.punjabiuniversity.ac.in

the will be held on 18.07.2010 (Sunday) as per details given in the Prospectus.

The notification for Punjab University MET 2011 - Management Entrance Test has not been issued yet.

The MET, 2011 notification is expected to be issued in the month of february2011 & the MET exam, 2011 is expected to be held in the month of march, 2011.

The exam pattern for Punjab MET is-
The paper is in 2 parts
part 1. the exam is for 2 hrs and 15 mins with 50 questions each from mental and numerical ability, general knowledge and english.
the exam is for 45 mins with 50 questions from business aptitude.
exam dates and schedule-
prospectus available-by 2nd week of june
last date of submission - 1st week of july
exam date-2nd/3rd week of july

Punjab University Chandigarh one of the premier institutions of higher education in India, launched UIAMS at its campus in order to cater to the needs and aspirations of the fast expanding fields of globalized industry and management sciences by offering sectoral management programmes in specialized areas

The university will hold entrance test on 27th March, 2011 (Sunday) from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon for admission to following courses for the academic session 2011-12

MBA: Retail Management, Banking and Insurance Management, IT and Telecommunications Management, Infrastructural Management, Pharmaceutical Management, Hospital Management

The prospectus including application form is available for sale from 14th February, 2011, Monday on payment of Rs 1750/- (Rs 875/- for SC/ST) at the post office of Panjab University, Sector-14, Chandigarh; Sector-17, Chandigarh; Ludhiana GPO and Delhi GPO

Forms can be had by post from the Manager, Publication Bureau, Panjab University, Sector-14, Chandigarh on payment of Rs 1830/- (Rs 955/- for SC/ST) through bank draft only drawn in favour of the registrar, Panjab University payable at Chandigarh only

Request for application form from Manager, Publication Bureau must be made till 25th February, 2011

Yes read it carefully it is punjabi university not punjab university. Punjabi university is in patiala and he is asking for that. The prospectus will be out in may end 2011 for punjabi university.
