Hello friend,
NET is National Eligibility Test and JRF is Junior Research Fellowship. These are not courses, infact is a exam which enables a candidate to be eligible for the post of lecturer in universities and colleges in India and JRF enables a candidate to get fellowship for research work.
If you want to apply, you will have to wait till the notification is published by University Grant Commission. The examination is conducted twice a year and to be eligible for it, you must hold a masters degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
