I qualified NET(JRF) on dec 2012 but I didnt receive any JRF certificate what I have to do

If you have send all your documents related to your qualification along with the application, then you should receive the certificate. In many cases, candidates those who haven't provided attested copies of degree with an application, face problem in getting certificate.

You can also contact the UGC directly for the delay. If you have qualified and fulfill the eligibility criteria, then you must receive the certificate.

To get the JRF certificate, you must have to write an application to the Head, NET Bureau, UGC, South Campus, University of Delhi, Benito Juarez Marg, New Delhi 110021.
You have to mention your Roll. No.
The date of NET examination which you have appeared along with the application.
You need to submit your attested copies of Documents also.
