When I will receive my JRF-Commerce certificate? Can I register for Ph.D program without certificate?
sir,
I have passed JRF (commerce) examination. The result was published. I want to know when my JRF certificate will get? whether I can register for PhD without getting JRF Certificate? kindly make reply...... |

You should get the e-certificate from the website, if you are qualified. If you are unable to get it, then contact the concerned organisation directly along with all your documents.
If you want to get the benefit of JRF, then you should get the certificate before applying for Ph.D admission. |
