I qualified NET(JRF) on dec but I didnt receive any JRF certificate what I have to do?

To get the JRF certificate, write an application to the Head in the below given address.
NET Bureau, UGC, South Campus, University of Delhi, Benito Juarez Marg, New Delhi 110021.
In the application you have to follow these thing:-
You have to mention your Roll. No.
The date of NET examination which you have appeared.
You need to submit your attested copies of Documents also.
