Minimum Marks requried in gate to get admision in nit for m.tech

To get colleges like IIT and NIT one should get above 90% and for unreserved category it increases to 95% and above so prepare well..
Try to solve previous question paper and do some coahing.

Admission in National Institute of Technology is based on the All India Engineering Entrance as well as on GATE
GATE rank varies year to year , it is calculated in percentage..
so it's diffucult to say the cutoff mark..
so better u go with ur rank for verification..
if u r not appeared the exam then try ur best to get better result..
it's normally 90% an above is better for u .

Friends you need to score highest marks to get branch in IIT AND NIT specially for oc caste and you need to be come under 500 to 1000 rank with more than 95%.......

after selection they will provide you free scholarship for study and
you need to work hard to take good branch in IIT like embedded systems,computer branch etc...

it doesnt depend on the mark it depend on the rank which you got to get nit your rank should be less than 2000

there is no standard marks to say as if you get so and so marks you're going to be placed in NIT or IIT...

year by year the statastics will change with effect of many circumstances like

There is no prespecified cut off mark for getting into NIT or IITs .
As per previous GATE score you need to have a minimum of around 95% for cracking into NIT and IIT and get course of your choice .
So prepare well ..
