yeah I have researched a bit for your question.

I'll upload what I have collected for you and also tell the procedure how to research on it. to get your desired answer for your query.

I have uploaded 7 files in that 7 files you have 2 results of opening and closing ranks of IIT Bombay
so if you observe these analysis files carefully then you will get an idea about how much to score in GATE Entrance exam in order to get a seat in IIT Bombay.

Yes my dear it varies year wise.No such cut-off marks is there.There is no fixed marks or minimum marks for GATE ECE students or any other students.It totally depends the number of students appeared in this year and the minimum marks to obtain. These two factors are very important.
