The IIT POWAI is more popularly known as IIT BOMBAY. Since it is in Powai in Bombay it is known as IIT POWAI. As it is one of the Indian Institute of Technology it needs no such introduction. It is ranked as one of the top institutes in India and is ranked at 4th or 5th among the Indian Institutes of Technology.
