I am final year Electronics and Communication Students from Punjab.I have got 84% in 10th/81%in 12th and 69.91 in B.tech till sixth Semester.

Can you tell me minimum %age Criterion for all Top Indian IT Companies ?

Indian Top IT Companies are many MNC's I going to list a few have a look.

->FACEBOOK
->GOOGLE
->Infosys.
->TCS
->Cognizant.
->WIPRO
->IBM.
->Virtusa.

all these are good companies for freshers. they are fresher friendly not only that they also offers you nice pay packages too.!!

They Not only look for grades but also see the worth of the candidate to pay him such a huge packages

Generally these companies start screening for their required by the resumes submitted by the candidates.

they accept only students with more than 60% in all their academic studies.
like you should have more than 60% in every certificate like in 10th,12th Graduation etc.,

as your percentages are satisfactory only thing that has to be done by you is increasing your job skills.

like you have to tune your mind to what a employer want from you on behalf of the company or Organisation.

you have to show off all your talents in the 1 hour interview.
Don't let any opportunity to go away.

first of all if you're lucky enough to have a good college which provides placements in the companies like what I have mentioned then you have no work except to show off your talents in front of Interviewer.

Or else you have to work hard to first get the opportunity of interview also.

anyways its not tough to get into the top companies just you have to work hard on your basic stream and base line where you want to make your career.

Dear friend,

In India there are so many software company so every company have their own criteria.But all software company not allow any pending backlog.

Some software company want above 70% in through out career like IBM , AZINGO SOFT , CSC etc.

Above 65% marks required company are INFOSYS and ORACLE etc.

But maximum no of software company want above 60% marks like TCS , CTS , HP ,GOOGLE,RDIFF ,YAHOO etc.

Some few company allow only above 50% marks in through out career like WIPRO ,SYENTEL ,RS SOFT etc.

Hello friend,

There are many IT Companies in India which recruit Students from Campuses.The top IT giant Companies in India are:

-TATA Consultancy Services.
-Wipro.
-Infosys.
-Satyam Computer Services.
-HCL technologies.
-Tech Mahindra.
-L & T Infotech.

These are very high profile companies,which demands their Employees to be the perfect.All the reputed IT companies recruit Engineers having good Academic accomplishments.So,basically the minimum % required for getting recruited for a good IT Company is 60%.

Basically,all the better IT companies conducts various levels of test,which you have to clear for getting job in these Companies.Normally,all the students clears all the levels,but many of them are not able to clear the Interview round.So,you must have to be well prepared for Interview round,it will really help you a lot.

For qualifying on the giant and top most companies like TCS, CTS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, Tech-Mahindra, Yahoo, Microsoft, Google etc, a candidate should have at least 60% through out of his/her educational carrier life.

Besides this, the candidate should have a strong power in English, Mental Ability, Soft skills and last but not the list communication skills.Those are very important.

Minimum a graduate candidate can apply for any of the above company.

>>60% and some companies have 65% in 10th and 12th, Graduation and Post Graduation.
