If You Are Interested To Apply for AIEEE Examination, Then for This You Have Passed In Your 12th Examination From The Recognised Schools Or Board. If You Are Appearing The Final Examination, Then Also You Are Eligible To Apply for AIEEE Examination. In order to appear for the AIEEE, one should have completed 10+2 with any percentage of marks.
Here i am providing you the complete eligibility details for AIEEE. Eligibility : -A pass in the final examination of 10+2 or its equivalent. -Candidates who are appearing for 10+2 (12th) may also eligible in AIEEE for consideration of provisional admission. Subject combinations required in the qualifying examination for B.E/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.Planning courses shall be as follows Courses Compulsory subjects B.E/B.Tech Physics and Mathematics B.Arch/B.Planning Mathematics with 50% of marks in aggregate 10+2 level The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at AIEEE shall be limited to 3 uniformly for all the candidates in consecutive years. |

AIEEE Eligibility 2011
The minimum academic qualification for admission through AIEEE is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination may also appear in AIEEE for consideration of provisional admission. Those appearing in 10+2 (Class 12) in 2012 are not eligible to appear in AIEEE 2011. Subject combinations required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.E. / B.Tech. and B. Arch. / B. Planning Courses shall be as under : Courses Compulsory subjects Any one of the Optional Subjects B.E. / B.Tech Physics & Mathematics Chemistry, Bio-Technology, ComputerScience, Biology B. Arch / B.Planning* Mathematics with 50% marks in aggregate at10+2 level Examination shall be limited to 03 (three) uniformly for all the candidates in consecutive years. The candidates passed +2 to exam in 2009, 2010 or appearing in +2 in 2010 are only eligible to appear in AIEEE 2011. Candidates passed +2 in 2008 or before or appearing in 2012 are not eligible to appear in AIEEE 2011. Date of Birth : Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible. AIEEE exam is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education in every year to admission in the engineering technology in NIT & many other institute. According to AIEEE - 2011 bulletin the minimum Percentage required in 12th is 50% marks for general and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidate. You can also apply in the appearing of 12th. i am a ST student.I have got 787 rank in all india level according to ST category in B.Arch field but i got 39% marks in maths in board exam.will i be selected for admission in NIT or NIIT college?

You have to Score minimum 50% marks in 12th to appearing in AIEEE exam.
For SC/ST/OBC/PH -at least 40% marks and 12th appearing or appeared students are eligible for appearing in AIEEE. |

you can give aieee exam while doing 12th class. but at the time of counselling you will have to fill your 12th class marks. the minimum marks required to get admission in engineering is 50% aggregate in all subjects. if you are having that, then you surely get admission in a good engineering college |

AIEEE exam is conducted every year for engineering admissions in colleges all over india. to be eligible for AIEEE exam you should have completed your 12th. and the minimum percentage required for AIEEE exams depends on category you belong to. for general category it is 50% of marks and for other categories it is 40% of marks. gudluck. |

AIEEE i.e All India Engineering/Architecture Entrance Examination.
This entrance examination is held in once a year. For AIEEE,the candidate must have a complete the 12th from any recognized board or equivalent examination and the candidate must secure at least 50% marks in their examination.Candidates who belongs to SC/ST/OBC/PH categories for 40% marks in their examination. Candidates who are appearing in the 12th examination can also apply for this examination. The candidate have a three attempts for this examination. For B.E/B.Tech,the candidate must have a physics & mathematics and any of one of subjects are chemistry,Biology,Computer science. For B.Arch/B.Plan,the candidate must secure at least 50% marks in the Mathematics. |

Minimum requirement for AIEEE is 50% aggregate in 12th with Physics , chemistry & Maths.
45% in for SC/ST/PD students. For B.Arch, you need to have atleast 50 marks in Maths additionally. However 12th appearing students are also eligible. You can attempts AIEEE thrice only in consecutive attempts. AIEEE is conducted in April/May. Forms are available in December. |

Students of India who have passed 10+2(Class XII) or an equivalent exam or appearing for the qualifying examination are considered for the provisional admission into the degree course.

aieee exam is held before the result of the 10+2 exam so there is no requirement of the percentage is required to appear in the aieee. you can appear in the aieee exam if you have attempted for the 10+2 exam. if you secure descent rank in the aieee and you wanted to take admission in the institute on the basis of the aieee marks then there is requirement of 50% aggregate marks in the 10+2 exam or in equivalent exam. for more detailed information regarding aieee exam kindly visit the website www.upsc.gov.in thanks |
