~~~ PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTION PAPER OF AIIMS EXAM ~~~

Those candidate have completed 12th standard are eligible for AIIMS exam but your 12th standard subject must be Physics , Chemistry , Bio logy and English.

Also you must score 50% in all above mention subjects.For SC/ST candidate the percentage criteria for above subject is 40%.Your minimum age should be 17 years.

Pattern for AIIMS Exam

Total No- 200
Total Time-3.5 hr.

Physics - 60 questions
Chemistry - 60 questions
Zoology and Botany - 60 questions
General Knowledge - 20 questions

For wrong answer , you will be penalized by -1/3 .

AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Sciences. They conducts the AIIMS exam.

~You should have passed 12th class exam or intermediate science to sit for this exam.

~You need to secure minimum 50 percent of marks to be considered eligible. Getting a marks lower than that means you would not be allowed to apply for this exam.

~You need to have the following subjects as compulsory subject at 10+2 level: English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

~While applying for this exam your age should not be less than 17 years.

~The AIIMS exam's duration is three and a half hours and all total 200 questions will be asked from general knowledge, biology, physics and chemistry. Questions that are asked are mostly objective types. For each correct answer you will get 1 marks and for each wrong answer 1/3rd marks will be deducted from the original score.

This is no doubt a tough exam to crack so it is advisable to start preparing for it from class 11 itself. If needed you can also take the help of some coaching centres who can provide you with the right material.
