My father's middle name is not mentioned in my document it may create any problem in future for inheritance property?

Yes absolutely it can create a problem if you want to inherit a property which is on your grandfather's name rather than that if the property is in the name of your father itself then there may be no problem
So if it is a property on your name than there is no need to worry about inheritance
