No NEET examination is not necessary for B.Sc Agriculture rather NEET ( which is known as AIPMT at present ) was necessary for medical courses like MBBS, BDS etc. .

Also the examination necessary for pursuing the B.Sc agriculture courses from government medical college is AIEEA-UG which is held by Indian Council of Agriculture & research. The qualifications required for appearing in this examination are as here under :-

You must have a higher secondary school degree with PCM or PCB as the main subjects with at least 50% aggregate from a recognized university. Relaxation of 10% aggregate are provided to reserved category candidates.

Also your age must be within 17 years to 23 years. Further relaxation of 5 years are provided to reserved category candidates.
