what are the important dates for NICMAR entrance exam 2011. and what is the procedure for admission

the start date of application form is in the mid of october which may be submitted upto more than 1 month.the procedure for admission is Written test ,group discussion & personal interview.

Course: Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): You should have the Bachelor's degree in engineering in any branch or architecture with minimum 50% in aggregate marks.

Centers of the admission test are:

You have to pay a Demand Draft(DD) of Rs.1,300/- payable at NICMAR,Pune
and if you choose more than one subject as your choice ,an additional Rs.700/- will have to be paid.

ELIGIBILITY
Candidates with a Degree in Engineering or Architecture (with minimum 50% marks) from a recognized institution are eligible. Final year students can also apply.

ADMISSION TESTS

The admission Test comprises: Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

i. Written test is of two hours duration. Written test consists objective type questions in the area of Data Interpretation, Quantitative & Analytical ability, English Language and General Knowledge. Candidates having valid CAT/MAT/GMAT/GATE/ XAT/ATMA/JMET scores are exempted from NICMAR written test.

ii. Group Discussion(GD)
iii. Personal Interview(PI)

- Candidates may be divided into the groups, each group comprising not more than 12 candidates. Grouping must be done randomly by serial order of registration numbers.
- Each group may have 2 faculty members as facilitators.
- Facilitators have a passive role. Facilitators and candidates introduce themselves, facilitators explain the rules of the game, distribute case situation & get them started. They ensure that everyone participates and no single person dominates

- Time for GD is 40 minutes.

sir now nicmar has called for pg programs which are going to start in july, but april 20th is last date of submission of application form. when they are going to conduct exam. they have not mentioned any dates?? can any one please tell dates please..
