Is NIOS board a recognized board?


sir i m in class 12th from nios board my frnds r telling that this board is not valid in any sector please tell me is it right.

No, your friends are in a state of prejudice. NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) certificates are valid and recognized, and the certificates are accepted by all the colleges/university for admission. they provide regular as well as distance courses. It has the highest number centres across all the cities In India.
The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) formerly known as National Open School (NOS) was established in November,1989 as an autonomous organisation in pursuance of National Policy on Education 1986 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

i have passed secondary exam from nios and after that i have passed iti fro govt institute in munger . I have given exam of raiilway technician. Can i eligible for that.

Yeah, ofcourse you are eligible for railway exam like ALP, TECHNICIAN etc. NIOS board is a recognised board and it is approved by Govt. Of India.MHRD.

sir i have failed in puc state syllabus so i think to do it in nios so will i have any problems in competative exam and engineering college admissions

very good idea there is no problem if you are failed in puc you can do it from nios.all universities and colleges in india accept nios certificate

I am doing my 12th in nios cbse! N after the examinations I wish to go for b.com or literature in a well renowned university! So how much percentage should I be getting in nios to get in merit in colleges?

Sir I have no NOIS 10th marsheet and am I eligible for NECR in my passport status. But the passport office in Marthali said that this couldn't be consider in NECR plz advise me ...
