hey thats okk
i know original is neccessary bt since u have misplaced it
u can apply for duplicate
and if u r suppose to submit it in any institute
do give an application as well of u original being lost along wid other documents so that it might not cause u any problem
and yes do get ur duplicate as soon as possible
