Which one is a best choice for me to join Civil Engineering between Punjab University and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College?

should i join punjabi university or guru nanak dev engg college for civil engineering?

obviously gne lud because it is just best for civil. Civil was estblished there in 1956 and pu is also good but u know old is gold so i think u must go for gne. Fee is also less there...
