hey m doing my mba from kurukshetra university.this is my 1st sem.i m very confused whether to go for HR as specialisation or FINANCE.So i should go for which specialization and what are the scope of jobs in that field??

MBA holders can join as Management Trainee in various companies. Other than HR, Finance specialists can find a lot of career opportunities. The number of openings for HR jobs is less when compared to finance. Anyway, both these specializations offer enough career opportunities for skilled professionals. Work experience in the specific area increases the chance to grab a reputed job.
