SBI Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria: ## To sit for this exam you need to be a higher secondary passed student or its equivalent with 60% of marks in aggregate. (OR) ## If you had opted for diploma degree then also you will be eligible if its a regular one whose duration is not less than two years. It should be done from a recognized institution and should not be done in correspondence. The same percentage as mentioned above needs to be secured in this case as well. (OR) ## Graduate holders in any discipline from a recognized university can also count themselves in if they have the pass marks to show. Since the minimum percentage to obtain have not been mentioned therefore pass marks would do. ## You have to attain the age of 18 years when applying for this exam. This is the minimum age limit to sit for this exam. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 28 years. ## There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years. OBC Candidates: 3 Years. PWD Candidates: 10 Years. ## Selection Procedure for this exam basically includes written exam and personal interview session. On managing to get the pass marks in the written exam you will be called for the interview session depending on the number of vacancies available. ## It is an objective type test basically and you need to finish five papers of 40 marks each. For each right answer you will get one mark and for each wrong answer 1/4th marks will be deducted from your original score.
