You can get register your Ph.D with fellowship in NIO (National institute of Ocenography), NIOT (National Institute of Ocean Technology) or IIT-Madras for the Ph.D in Marine Microbiology. All you need is the eligibility of passing the UGC-NET, CSIR, GATE (With high score), ICAR etc. Try to clear it
