I am studying B.Tech Computer Science Engineering from Techno India Group in Kolkata. I want to change my college to Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) in Kolkata. Is it possible? If yes, then how can I apply?

No, it is not possible to change B.Tech college from Techno India to IEM in Kolkata. You can’t switch from one college to another college in the middle of the course. None of the colleges offers direct admission in middle of the course. Incase, if you are not interested to study B.Tech in your current college, you can discontinue from it and you can take fresh admission in another college.
