Re: Possibility to do either BAMS or MBBS after completing B.Sc PCB?
Yes, you can get admission in MBBS and BAMS course after qualifying in NEET.
NEET is conducted by NTA. The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main paper. The minimum age limit is 17 years while there is no upper age limit. So, you can appear and qualify in it to get admission in MBBS course and most of the BAMS institutions. |

Re: Possibility to do either BAMS or MBBS after completing B.Sc PCB?
To pursue MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) or BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree course, the minimum education required is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCB subjects from a recognised board of education. Marks relaxation upto 10% is allowed for candidates belonging to reserved category.
Also, to get into any medical college to pursue MBBS or BAMS degree course, you are required to qualify NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) or AIIMS MBBS entrance examination. |
