One can apply for 5 year duration integrated LLB course after (10+2) and 3 year LLB course after graduation. So, If you studied diploma after (10+2), then you can apply for 5 years duration LLB course, otherwise you should go for 3 year duration LLB course after completion of your graduation.

Eligibility for LLB Course

After (10+2)
You must have passed (10+2) in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board to apply for 3 year duration LLB course.

After Graduation
You must have passed graduation of minimum 3 years from a recognized university to apply for 3 year duration LLB course.

LLB is three year course and candidate passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to get admission in the course.

So, you are not eligible to get admission in LLB course on the basis of diploma as maximum educational qualification.
