After 10th I took admission in Diploma EE and completed in 2019 and I applied for 12th private and this year I have passed my 12th. So, now can I take admission in B.Tech 2nd year from same college?

Yes you are eligible for direct entry in 2nd year of btech .
If your college is private they you take admission by direct visit.
If your college is govt. than You have to go through proper counseling.
You have to go through college level counseling of JEE.

Yes,you can ,to pursue B.Tech you need diploma,once you had done you can apply for lateral entry or by considering intermediate marks ,you can do B.Tech
