Can I take re-admission after completing 1st year then 1 year gap in Polytechnic Diploma? Is it possible? Will it affect in future in getting job opportunities?

You should go for it. Complete your education in Diploma. Here is why.
As an example if you are in IT field, complete rest of your education with best result. Alongside, practise the concerned programming language with a view to be able to do it properly.
Do a certification alongside Diploma in e.g. Squad Infotech or Seed Infotech for IT skills like PHP, SQL etc. However confirm from such Institutes if MNCs they place in accept Diploma Certification. If this looks possible then you can apply right after Diploma or do a degree and at that time keep your score proper. MNCs notice degree score should be >60-65% throghout whatever their criteria.
