Possibility to study BA+LLB for a candidate with 39% in UP Board Intermediate?

Sir/Madam, I have completed my Intermediate from UP Board and unfortunately I have secured only 39% marks. I want to study BA+LLB course. So, with this percentage of marks, is it possible to study this BA+LLB program?

LLB refers to Bachelor of Legislative Law and for pursuing integrated BA+LLB degree course of five years, the minimum education required is a higher secondary school degree in any discipline with 45% marks from a recognized board of education. Marks relaxation of 5% is allowed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category candidates.

So, having completed your Class 12th with just 39% marks , you are not eligible for pursuing BA LLB degree course from a recognized university.

** Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law is an undergraduate Administrative Law professional degree course.

** The duration of this course is five years.

** For this course candidate should have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidate) from a recognized board.

** As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to study BA+LLB after 39% in UP Board Intermediate.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
