Hi, I am studying in class 9th from a school affiliated to ICSE Board. But, for my 10th I want to change my Board to CBSE Board. Is it possible? Under which all circumstances can I change the Board?

No, you cannot migrate to any CBSE School directly in your Class 10th as the registration for CBSE Class 10th board examination is done while the candidate is pursuing his/her Class 9th.

So, being a student of Class 9th, you need to migrate to any CBSE school right now before the registration for CBSE Class 10th board examination is over otherwise you will have to repeat your Class 9th from a CBSE school in order to complete your Class 10th from the same board.
