Sir, presently I am studying under Lucknow University's curriculum. However, I want to take transfer to a college affiliated to Kanpur University. Is it allowed under any circumstances?

No, it is not possible to take transfer from Lucknow University to Kanpur University. You have to pursue complete duration of the course from the university where you have secured admission. You can’t switch from one university to another university in the middle of the course. Incase, if you are not interested to continue your studies at the present university, then you can discontinue from the course and you can take fresh admission in first year of course in another college/ university.
