My son's rank in comedK Entrance for B.Tech, is 13800, whill he be able to get admission in ComedK's affiliated colleges in Banglore or Pune and in which colleges he can get the admission (CS or IT). Please suggest at your earliest.

Yes you can definitely get decent colleges in Bangalore.
I must tell you that Pune colleges do not fall under COMEDK,only Karnataka colleges are under COMEDK.
The colleges in which you can get a seat in CS or Information Technology in Bangalore are:

BMSIT

NMIT
JSS
SJBIT
