Is it possible to bridge the subjects at a different institution and join KMTC?

Hello, I did my KCSE, scored a mean grade of C but dod not meet the science subject entry requirements to do nursing. Is it possible to bridge the subjects at a different institution and join KMTC? If so, is it recommended?
