Is it possible to change college in between 5 years of integrated course?

Hi, I am pursuing my 2nd year of integrated B.Sc and B.Ed in Rajasthan. However, I wish to change my college for 3rd year onwards. Is it possible? If yes, then how can I proceed with this? Will university charge any fee for this?
