I have studied B.com 2014 to 2017 batch student, i have 22 subject backlogs, im not taken exams after 2017 and complete double duration any chances of taken backlogs exams and complete degree

No, you cannot clear your backlogs now. The maximum duration to clear all your backlogs in general bachelor degree course is 5 years.

So, you are not eligible to clear now and have to make a fresh start for the course.
