Hello friend,
Age is no bar to pursue any academic or even professional course but you have to give the minimum years required to complete it. For most of the degree courses, you will need a minimum of three years to complete. So, you can't rush if decided to pursue a degree course. However, if you want to add value to your resume in a short span of time, you may go for any diploma course which usually takes 1-2 years but is not considered equivalent to a degree course.
As you have mentioned that you want to pursue degree course, I would suggest you to pursue it from IGNOU as it has got various courses to offer and is recognized by central government.
